Pros
The robe is long enough; perfect for the coldest winters. I love the softness of the robe, it's big but not too heavy.
The xl fit pretty well, sleeves a bit long for my shortish arms. Oh, one more thing; the sizing runs large. I'm 5'11 and this robe is long hitting at mid shin.
This is my second one, and the quality is still there. Purchased 2 of these for christmas presents. The recipient of the other one adores it also.
It wraps w/extra coverage. Very attractive in wrapping, opened and decided to try on. Perfect for these chilly winter nights.
Cons

The fabric sheds and gets on everything. I have washed it twice and both times i get lint all over my clothes. The lint is not good. I could at least knit a hood for the robe with all the extra fluff and * that desinigrated off the the robe first wash... Read More

I was okay with the robe being large, however, it almost dragged the floor and i'm 5'6.

This is such a beautiful robe and excellent price !
I really wanted the ugg marlow robe, but couldn’t justify the cost.
Packaging/appearance
Maybe some extra washings with a good fabric softener and dryer sheets would eliminate the problem.

I bought the same robe in black for me in a 1xl and it fits great.
This was exactly what i was looking for, a well-made, generous and soft robe.
