Pros
The company is excellent and comes packaged well. Both the comfort and concealability of this holster are exceptional.
Great holster. It's exactly what i hoped for. You won’t be disappointed. Nice fit and finish.
Retention is easily adjustable with a hex wrench. It conceals the fire arm very nicely. The cant is adjustable and has different rubber tension washers.
Cons
Product is very large for an iwb and requires wearing a larger pant size to fit properly. Not enough retention for a holster that lets the weapon's center of gravity sit so high above the holster. Not happy with this product for my glock 30s.
Sticks out too much compared to other holsters. Neoprene backing acts like glue. Makes it bulky and useless.

After i received the product and used it a few times, i knew it would be part of my daily wardrobe.
Competitiveness
I'm a 4 o'clock carrier and the holster is perfect.
Other iwb holsters seem to slip and only have 1 central clip that doesn't work to well.
I have a owb alien gear for my cz p-09 and feel no need to replace it.

Only had one issue one of the screws holding the hard shell onto the soft backing fell out
