The alienware brand have a very good reputation & it’s pretty noticeable que you purchase their product. There is some alienware bloatware, but it hasn't been an issue and out of box it did not open upon initial start up.

The one issue i have is the cooling of the machine while i havent gone above 72 degrees the fans do get loud not enough to be noticed while wearing a headset but it is a tad annoying otherwise

The other primary issue i have is that the stock photos presented show the machine with the alienware cryotech liquid cooling for the cpu this machine does not come with that it is a standard fan

I rated the tech support as a 1 star because when i called about this and questioned why it came with a standard fan the customer rep told me that air fans are liquid cooled and have liquid inside of them before ending the call
