Pros
The reds are really lovely and you soon realise that for years what you thought was red on your old monitor was in fact orange. This is the newer alienware 27 gaming monitor. One absolutely tiny scratch at the rear.
Great quality. Found it here on amazon and cheaper. Delighted with it.
Out of the box, the build quality is extremely impressive. It just screams quality. The stand and cable management feature look very tidy. Even with all cables fitted, there is plenty of room for all cables.
Using nvidia scaling (nis) or dlss is a must for many games. G-sync works very well indeed. Borderlands (1. Is very good.
Cons
Setting the brightness is a nightmare. Doesn't work with a lot of single board computers with hdmi output. Stuck pixels on every panel.

Yes the price is high however for me personally i am willing to pay more for quality, and so far i am more than satisfied.

Competitiveness
2 & 3), destiny 2, are games that all run really well at better than 60hz and look fantastic.
If you can get a good price for your 3440x1440 this is a nice upgrade for gaming and productivity.
Otherwise you are just not going to see anything above 60hz, meaning you wasted your money buying a 144hz monitor.
I am using a 3090 and can't hit 144hz on most newer games on all max.

Apparently the first one lost or stolen during the delivery process so amazon send another one that one was apparently to be lost again however it was delivered 23days late

Screen is so big i had to install a 3rd party windows tool to divide the screen visual in to 3 pieces

Obviously if you have a lower gpu than 3070 possibly you are not going to unlocked the full potential of the screen

One thing that i find that discomforting if you open a video on yt in a browser on the entire screen even though in full with you get black border on the both side of it
