Dell desktops and laptops are garbage. They use cheap parts and every component underperforms. Don't buy from dell.

This is an excellent laptop,runs all my games,and best of all it is upgradable,for those asking about ram yes you can upgrade it.
No scratch on machine and so far no broken on screen or hardware noticed.
Always use battery saver mode while not plugged to get near the advertised hours, otherwise you're looking at 1-1.
Were slow, laggy, and doesn’t work all the time.

There's better alternatives for the money, including aw's own m series.
I've tried just about every name brand laptop in this category (gaming laptops) and this was the only one (alienware) that i did not try.
