I was also disappointed that the shade cloth did not have the extra coverage around the edges the black edging like the picture showed but it is hold up just fine without it

You might find this hard to believe but many cactus succulent plants can’t take direct sustained sunlight over 90 degrees they burn and once that happens they’re permanently damaged
