Pros

It targets two migraine symptoms at once and unlike other otc migraine meds in pill form it acts with a kick which is what you need to target a migraine. Works for more than a medicine. Takes care of heartburn fairly well.

Alka-seltzer original effervescent tablets. Easy to take, doesn't leave an after-taste, and is effective. I personally love the taste of original alka seltzer but some people may find it not as good.


Cons

This product is terribly overpriced. When received the bottom was open & there were missing packets. Original wording on the box is very deceptive.

    And it does list the citrus and bicarbonate as activeso in other wordsin the version with buffered aspirin you only get a minute amt of citrus and bicarbonatejust enough to make it fizz
