Ive always been hesitant to buy a stainless steel pan because past experiences had left me frustrated with the clean up.
Great quality, sturdy and easy to clean.
They are expensive, but not as high as the french stuff, and the quality is at least equal and usually better.
Maybe this kind of quality has to cost this much.
Price
It’s beautiful pan, price was good and it’s easy to maintain.
All-clad is considered the best by chefs and there's a reason for that.
Packaging/appearance
If you are in expert like me, keep a couple green scrub pads on hand to clean up burned residue.
Competitiveness
I have a set of all-clad stainless that i have used for years so i know this pan is durable.

If you are someone who is willing to take 5 minutes to learn about proper ways to use and clean a well-made pan, this one won't disappoint.
This is not a non-sticky pan, you need to put some oil and burn the pan really hot, i mean really hot; 2.

Watch for the edges of the egg to get firm and with a utensil even a fork is fine lift the edges and fold the egg or move it around

With a little oil proper care and careful cooking you can prevent the sticking problems that other reviewers have noted see photos

In fact i accidentally left my burner on mediumlow for 2 hours and it never got hot and ruined

In some pictures its obvious that some people have been cooking their food at too high of a temperature and not using enough butter or oil because i noticed that the bottom of their pan looked like it started to turn blue a sign of heat stress

I gave the pan three stars because its not quick to clean like teflon and i have to spend a few minutes cleaning it
