Pros

Easy to clean with barkeeper's friend or just a long soak. I like the size (4 qt) and that it has a second handle on the opposite side. There is no spilling when pouring liquids with the 5 ply like there is with the 3 ply.

Really great cookware. Food tastes better, more crispy. If you are semi-serious about cooking, this is the one to get.
