Quality

It heats evenly and i have had no problem with the clean up, i don't know why i waited so long to get myself a really quality set of pots.

Extremely well made and not too thin or too heavy with excellent heat distribution.

We've had it for 3+ years now and it has never failed to cook evenly.

Price

I have one of the coci dutch ovens the one that atk liked best of all in fact but for or various reasons i find i can no longer lift it reliably making cooking with it risky not to mention messy proposition

But unfortunately i also agree with them as to price i never thought i would pay over 200 for a single pot but the atk were thumbs down on all the other steel pots for the same problems i am having with the very cheap pot ive had for years
