Great skillet, cooks great & at very low heat

I have several all clad pots n skillets and they are always well-made.

Unfortunately, the bottom of this pan is more scuffed up within one week than my other pots and pans are after half a decade.

Disappointed i can’t add liquid to the pan during the process without risk of damaging the aluminum core

Price

This was my first (but not last) all-clad pan, and in fact, it was my first pan over 50 bucks.

Costa a bit but worth the price.

Cons:-price: it's very expensive for the average home chef.

Shipping was fast and packaging was excellent.

I will not buy any other brand of frying pan.

All all-clad cookware uses this design, so it's more a knock against the brand.

I previously owned a rather expensive same size fry pan that i purchased at williams-sonoma.
