All my cookwares are clad, that’s how much i like this brand. Beautiful pouring lip on the top, well fitted lid.

It’s heavier weight of course makes it even sturdier than the 3-ply version.
Do yourself a favor… buy these pans and never till the day you die will you need to replace.
Lower the heat and let the pot evenly cook.

Yes, they are pricey but extremely high quality.
If you can afford it i highly recommend that you buy it.
Now i see why people pay more for the 5-ply pans!

Upon initial inspection i was impressed with their beauty but after a closer look i realized the copper ring around the bottom is already partially gone

Conducts heat well but what do you expect its a small pot there isnt much to heat up
