It's nice and sturdy and you know that it'll last you a long, long time. Solidly made and good to look at. It is very well made but do be careful if you want to use metal spatulas. It cooks beautifully and cleans like it's brand new.

The set cleans up easily (use some bar keeper's friend for stubborn spots). Cleans easily, though sometimes requires soaking first. The pans clean up easily with a brillo pad.

All-clad makes emeril non-stick pans. It performs as good as any other all clad.

The all-clad pan is discolored after only a month of use. It heats up so fast that the outside of the food burns before the inside is cooked.
