With the high price of these pans i was stuck with this terrible purchase.
I'm speaking specifically about the frying pans/saute pan with the longer handles.

The price maybe shocking at first, but this set is worth the investment.
The cost is a little on the high side, but you get what you pay for.

The heat comes on so fast and so hot; it takes some getting used to.

The funny thing is we have the all-clad cleaning powder and even have bar-keeper's friend to clean the pans with.

And, i love that they are made in the usa.
Well made, excellent heat distribution and will last a longtime.
I've had anolon, calphalon, and others over the past 33 years of marriage.

I refuse to wash pans in the dishwasher even if they are labeled dishwasher safe so all my cleaning is done by hand

I will say that the only struggle i have is what type of lubricant to use on the pan for different cooking so far as much as i prefer frying my eggs in olive oil the eggs stick terribly and turn into a scrambled mess

They clean as well as any other stainless steel pans ive ever used i still always swear by barkeepers friend that magic dust and are even dishwasher safe some purists will never let them touch the rack but the manufacturer says they can and i have many times with no issues whatsoever
