    We bought the 10 piece set on amazon it was fulfilled by all clad and shipped with 9 pieces no lid for one of the saucepans

    I called all clad then and was told by an extremely rude and curt customer service person that amazon screwed up and to deal with amazon in her words we dont ship lids alone we sell whole saucepans
