Pros & Cons
Pros
I saute lots of veggies, cook fish and it's perfect for that. It's also easy to clean up and any stains can be removed by, some dawn on a green scrubbing pad. Great pan. Great veggie pan.
Highlights
Quality
The pan heats evenly, is well-constructed, and feels durable.
The induction compatibility ensures even heating, and i love that it’s oven and broiler safe up to 600°f!
Handle is not solid at all with that annoying indent for your thumb (which doesnt make sense since pan handle gets very hot).
The handles are designed to grip you hands with hot food and liquids even if your hands are slippery, by far.
Price

☆valuesure- this is definitely a pricey fry pan, but it's beyond worth it!
So while you are spending $200 upfront, that's cheaper than buying and replacing the $50 pan every 2-3 years for the rest of your life!
Only qualm is if amazon is in the business of selling scratch-and-dent seconds it should say so.
Shipping
☆arrival and unboxing-this pan arrived quickly, and beautifully packaged.
I just received my 12” frypan a couple of days ago.
Packaging/appearance
I couldn't bear to throw the box away and kept it thinking that i would use it for storage.
So at first i wanted to return it because when i opened the package i thought wow this is big!
A very large, studry branded all-clad box opens on the hinge to reveal the pan and lid (both individually wrapped) inside.
Competitiveness
I have other all-clad pieces and this has the same expert construction and quality that i have come to expect from the brand, h... Read More
Also while this does cost more than other pans, with proper care, this won't need to be replaced every few years!
You can see american test kitchen cook with these pans and consumer reports ranks them high.
Anyone that says otherwise is probably working for one of those non stick pan companies.
