Pros & Cons
Pros
Easy to clean. Food residues come off easily with a bit of soaking and scrubbing. Finally got bar keepers friend and was able to get off the scorch.
They heat more evenly and are strong and sturdy. On any stove these are noticeably better at heat distribution. They have a quick and even heat distribution, which significantly improves cooking performance for things like searing and browning. Suitab... Read More
Bright, shiny and not too heavy. They’re nice and heavyweight. I will probably outlive me as long as it’s taken care of.
Cleaning is a snap-- for burnt-on food, soak pan in warm water with about a tablespoon of baking soda for about 5 minutes. It's nice to have the consistency of heat and performance with the pans. Really awesome even browning in the 12 skillet.
Cons
Their customer service people are not very welcoming on the phone, and their warranty process is stressful.
All-clad needs to do anything about their defective product.
First use… burnt bottom on simmer. There was also bluish white discolored stain present. They discolour, they stick and they already look old after less than a month.
The all clad pan is dull and cloudy on the inside. The pan image is after making crapes on an induction stove top at level 6 heat on its first ever use. These pans are trash.
Highlights
Quality
It has all the basics you need for daily cooking and the high quality you expect from all-clad.
These are the nicest quality stainless pans i have ever used.
Do some research on how to properly use stainless pans, and do not season them like you would with cast iron or carbon steel.
The teflon was not good for us and the pans were fading.
Price
They're easy to use, easy to clean, and great to own at a great price!
Though these are expensive, they are a really great quality!

The cost to product value is great.
Shipping
The seller originally sent the wrong pan, but they expedited me to missing pan and made it right.
Competitiveness
I didn't believe that expensive cookware was any better than cheap cookware.
