Pros & Cons
Pros
The cooking surface is so even the omelets come out with a beautiful buttery brown texture. Works well for sautés and frying; eggs, veggies and meat. All-clad products are great.
Cons
Worst costumer service ever. Everytime i use the stainless it sticks like glue and ruins my eggs.
Highlights
Quality
Quality over quantity and all clad is quality.
It's hands down the best for sauces and it can sear with the best of them.
The expense is negated with it's durability and quality.
So i finally broke down and bought a high quality non-stick for eggs.
Price
Amazing pans exactly what i was looking for at half the price.
Competitiveness
I'm a big fan of all-clad, terrific products.
Now we have the pro tools for making amazeballs food.
I'm in the market for more all-clad.
