Stainless steel construction, it cleans easily and buffs to a mirror finish with a soft cloth. A very light coat of cooking spray or oil wiped down with a cotton, microfiber or paper towel helps preserve the finish and rust resistance.

It steams vegetables to perfection, in under 15 minutes. I wish i had gotten this years ago, because we steam veggies almost nightly. Perfect steamer for all vegetables.

Fits 3 lbs perfectly. It holds plenty of water. It's big enough for our family.

The quality of all clad is far and above anything else i've ever owned. I just wish all clad made a 5 ply copper core steamer set.

Half of the pot became discolored above the water line. Barkeepers friend helps a little, but it still looks hideous for a $100 pot. I have calphalon triply, cuisinart classic, cheap triply bottom pans that perform and look better than this.

Very disappointed. There is nowhere in the description that says so. It is getting returned. It also * that i can’t just send this item back.
