Pros & Cons
Pros
Searched for a long time for longer lasting non stick cookware and found this brand/series well recommended by experts. The inner-sloped shape keeps food like stir-fried rice in the pot when you stir and flip it. Have other all clad products.
This pot is sturdy, tough and just feels of super high quality. Cleans great inside and out when washing by hand. It is by far the easiest to clean.
Great pot. Very versatile. For two people, it's perfect. Long warranty too.
Cons
The lifetime warranty, is a joke! Will have to send it back. Thank goodness the local ups store is only 3 miles away so they are easy to return.
Highlights
Quality
It holds heat very well, so i have been able to reduce my oven cooking temps.
Fabulous allclad quality; perfect size for a small batch stew or soup.
They are often made of thin gauge aluminum and do not heat evenly.
Briefly, cold water on a hot glass cover, will shatter that cover eventually.
Price
Every time i purchase an all-clad piece of equipment, there never is a concern of the dollars i spend.
We've made multiple purchases from this line which is also sold (sometimes at decent sale prices) direct from manufacturer.
(i rated the value for the money based on a 40% off sale)
Maybe sometimes, you get what you pay for.
Competitiveness
I had a different brand of anodized pots from the 1990s- 2016.
It matches the other all-clad cookware i purchased.
