Pros & Cons
Pros
This is my second one, first lasted 10 years, but eventually the non stick surface wasn't. Great buy. Works like a charm.
All-clad two burner stove top cooking griddle is my all time favorite cooking pan. Great size, fits my gas stove perfectly. Very even heating on a two-burner gas cooktop.
Cons
The rim around the bottom of this griddle prevents it from working as you would like. When centered over the double burners on the left this large griddle overlaps the flush controls and upsets their functioning. Moving the griddle just an inch elimin... Read More
Highlights
Quality
Really love all of my all-clad products - quality and durability second to none!
Very even heat over two burners, non stick surface works well, great handles, safe to move when hot and greasy.
Had one, but on about 10 years things started to stick and you could see where it was getting thin and bare metal being exposed.
The first one lasted 18 years until finally the non-stick wore out.
Price
Good value love this good for grilling grilled cheese pancakes hamburgers bacon all around great
This huge griddle was cheaper by a lot and it's super thick aluminum and nice non-stick with a fat groove all around the cooking surface.
I have all-clad pans that are non-stick that are $150+ for a sauce pan.
Competitiveness
I bought some cheaper non-stick griddles($30-$40) and they worked ok but this all-clad griddle is significantly better.
I had two in the past - a smaller square all-clad with handle, and a williams sonoma brand.

The only thing i found inconvenient was the handle in the back because it’s so high the griddle extends out beyond my stove making me uneasy while cooking

So many reviewers are complaining about the bottom of this pan having a ridge around the perimeter rendering it unusable for glass top stoves
