Pros

Easy clean it up is what really seals it for me. Quick cleanup tip too. I rinse the pan, put a squirt of dawn and hot water in the pan.

Love this pan. Well made and sturdy. Build quality is excellent. This is fabulous. You will not regret it.

Cons

The pan is heavy, as was the turkey, and it was not easy to get it out of the oven safely. Per amazon, the 30 day return policy leaves me with no options.
