The only improvement i could suggest would be a deeper and wider groove for juices
As far as maintenance, this comes pre oiled but does need food grade mineral oil applied every few months to maintain.

I have used some incredible cutting boards in my time and for this price this is pretty amazing.
This board is expensive, but it’s beautiful and of high quality.

This is a huge cutting board so you need to have a good amount of counter space available

Ive tried bamboo cutting boards hard on my knives glass makes me nervous and various grades of plastic work great but need replaced near constantly
