Pros

Received this popper as a christmas present from my brother and his wife. It makes great popcorn fast. If it's too hot, you get chewy corn.

Product was delivered on time. It comes 25 tri l-paks to a box. It was packaged very well. And it takes phenomenal.

The kids think it’s the coolest thing to have in the house. My great-grandkids just love it. I’m planning on making it outside on halloween for the kids and adults as they walk around.

Very disappointed with product. Horrible it ruined my sons christmas. This demonstrates poor quality control to me.

Assembly was fine until i got to attach the wheel frame to the bottom of the box - the holes were not even close.

This is a very reasonably priced popcorn machine considering the quality and overall product.

I am currently using "at-the-movies" brand pure coconut oil at $30/gal and it is doing a great job.

Overall it is a decent unit for the price.

Saw it was on sale and had to snag it.

Fast delivery, excellent packaging, and easy to assemble.

I sent pictures to great northern popcorn company, three days later an entirely new machine had been shipped to our home.

They responded very quickly and gathered my information, proof of purchase and pictures of the rust.

I ordered the popcorn made for these and the machine came a day early (which is fine) but have to wait for tomorrow for the popcorn.

Packaging/appearance

It looks great in our house and we used it for two birthday parties aready!

Comes with popcorn bags and containers, the warming light works well, it's built well, and it makes a ton of popcorn!

Came with 25 paper popcorn sacks, 4 washable plastic popcorn cups, measuring scoops and a metal popcorn scoop like you see at the theaters!

I also was given a box of the pre-packaged popcorn oil, kernels, and salt.

Competitiveness

These 8 oz poppers all function the same and likely came from the same chinese factory.

Most people go with flavacol, but i prefer sunglo seasoning salt.

There are better carts, but they cost more.
