    This seemed to help out with that as i feel that i slept quite a bit better with this product though i dont feel that it helped me fall asleep any easier but again im a terrible sleeper

    I cannot taken a full dose as it makes me a bit groggy only because i cant ever get a full 8 hours between my late night schedule and kids
