Pros

They work flawlessly. The chargers work good and charges the tablet at a reasonable pace.

Cons

The functionality is simply bad. Terrible experience for me and especially for my granddaughter. Sadly, my three year old now has a dead brick. This kids tablet is extra fragile and cracked so easily.

They sent it out and i received a brand new one in 2 days.

That was a great option, but to get the refund i had to wait for the new kindle to arrive, then again chat with customer service.

We brought her a disney princess case and screen protector as well.

He even more enjoys watching youtube with its big screen comparing to his old mini tablet.

A gc with the amount the new kindle would cost would be a better option, but i was told that they couldn't do that anymore.

They finally upped the ram to 3 gb (you have to get the pro though) which provides much better performance.
