Nice big screen very solid and sound is great
Perfect for media content, with a sharp screen and decent sound.
The first 2 days the game kept disconnecting.
Then the charging port broke and won't connect to a charger.

For the price, this is an absolute gem.
Cheaper than an ipad and seems to meet our needs in the same way.
A bit pricey, but i bought it on sale and am very pleased with it.
I'll buy it again if it's on sale.

Just arrived yesterday and i can already tell this is a huge improvement to our kids' previous fire hd 8 tablet.
We were shocked to have the amazon rep tell us that we can keep the broken one and a new one was going to be sent out at no cost.

The tablet seems to be set to usa and i’m in canada every time i try to change it it reverts back to american version .
It has more features than the samsung and more family controls.
You can also add disney + and netflix to the account.

We are looking at cancelling other apps because amazon kids seems to cover all those needs
