No help on replacement from blink. Went offline and then couldn't add back to our system - showed as “invalid serial number’. Boxed up the original and the replacement and shipped it back.

The new notification sound is barely audible. The motion sensor hardly picks up anything, even at a higher sensitivity. At night the spotlights turn on when the cameras not recording for no reason.
