Pros

All music streaming sound crystal clear and clean with extra bass if adjusted through the alexa app. Loved the sound of this alexa and even purchased 3 of them.

The voice recognition capabilities of alexa are outstanding. Integration with various services and apps is seamless. The routine feature is a game-changer for me. It is light enough to make it portable.

Cons

This is a tale of you get what you pay for. It * *. Waste of my time and energy having to return it.

It's huge and ugly! Now it has been turned into a glorified paper weight. Are they insane? All are bad.

The sound quality is alright if you like subpar music sounds. It's very tinny, not a rich sound at all, even with the bass turned up. The sound isn’t better than the cheaper version of the echos in my opinion.

I say “alexa, play todays hits radio on the party time group. Anything but alexa. Honestly has made alexa unusable.
