Pros

Good quality. Great value for a headphone.

Bass and mids are clear, and highs are crisp. Pause, play, and a bit of chit-chat with my virtual assistant - all without missing a beat. Built in alexa functions are pretty good.

Gave a 15 minute charge then proceeded with the setup. My gen 1 pods, 3 hours, my pro 4 hours. The amazon pods, 6-7 hours.

Cons

They continuously fall out. Over and over and over with no change. Screw that, not going to happen. They have several bugs as well.

Only way to see the battery level is to open the alexa app, click on devices, scroll through every device listed and find them. Can't pair with my firestick tv. They require you to download the alexaapp to use them.

The left earbud is a wildcard mess. Randomly it just produces sound almost like it has a loose wire. Audio is crackled and rarely even works.
