The display is very glitchy. Invasive and unappealing. The device is very under powered.

Alexa, turn off screen off' doesn't work. Can't get service questions answered but it's not eligible. You can't turn off the screen, but you can turn it off by saying ‘alexa ve screen off’.

It disregards the volume setting when setting a timer. Be prepared to be blasted out if you purchase this device. It only hears commands about 20% of the time.

The screen refuses to stay in night mode. The time on the home screen is duplicated. The live view rarely if ever works.
