It's incredibly easy to use. Amp; sound quality is good.
It supports bluetooth and wi-fi. Great for video calling other devices as well as mobile devices. If this was compatible with facetime or whatsapp video i’d be over the moon. It can also be used as a home security such as using it as video doorbell.
Cons
The built in software is so buggy, is make the echo useless. Display for snooze appears every so often but no alarm sounds after allotted time. Only option is to turn up the brightness which means the whole screen is brightened up. Which disrupts slee... Read More
Im starting to think alexa is a scam. They sell you a smart speaker that 90% of the apps won't work. Useful skills on the app itself are few and far between. What a waste of time.
Reported amazon about this faulty product. Wild goose chase from support, trying to blame the connection. While the device seems to work well, the power socket at the rear of the device is loose and going to fail over time.

Better sound quality that i expected especially as the echo show is compact.
Sound quality isn’t amazing, unfortunately, but it’s not bad for a smart display this size.
If you move around the room while listening to this speaker, you’ll hear the quality drop off a little.
Price
I absolutely loved this product, the sound is excellent and price was good, couldn’t fault it in anyway
Competitiveness
A nice upgrade from the older echo show 5, although mainly use it as an overprice photo frame!
Bought this to replace my 2nd gen show5.
The shape is much sleeker than the 2nd gen.

The previous model had the power and earphone sockets next to each other whereas this one no longer has an earphone socket probably as most people would use it as a bluetooth speaker but the power socket is recessed so its incredibly difficult to get the lead aligned

Its quite annoying seeing out the corner of your eye the display flicker it generally goes bright as it changes and the clock disappear
