For the most part, my grandchild loves this. I love that it comes with the bumper because we know that kids can be rough. The only thing i dislike is not being able to lock the screen when your in a certain app.

Usb-c charging so my cell phone charger works and we always have a charger around. Great battery quality, lasts up to 2 days sometimes. Just the battery upgrade makes it worth it!

The app store can’t download most apps, it just sits there downloading forever. The default is carousels filled with pushed content. If you remove one, both icons disappear.

At least i know they stand behind their products and will fix or have an easier method to refund defective products. What's the point? Returned within 15mins of opening the box. This is a * product.

Swapping youtube videos is beyond slow. It's not made for my toddler. Why is there no guided access to prevent tiny excited fingers from clicking out of a video?

Being able to curate content is exceedingly difficult. And that’s when it works. Which is massively frustrating.
