Pros

Firestick is an excellent item. Good quality. Froze all the time. Easy to install and very little setup.

Cons

The cursor skips all over the place with just one click. It needs to be reset multiple times daily. Tried replacing batteries, resyncing.

Twitch is unusable. Every stream is a choppy unwatchable mess. I have a roku that is way older than this model and it still work 10x better.

It is extremely slow to load now. Deleting every app preloaded. Horrible unskippable ads with the horrible new software update.

Do not buy this product. This feels like an outright scam. This things is a piece of junk.

The new ones only give you a 90 day warranty. This is unacceptable and obviously a ploy by amazon to get us to buy new devices. It's called planned obsolescence and should be *.
