Pros & Cons
Pros
Great picture, hilariously easy to connect. It has a fantastic picture, the sound is great and there are so many things he can watch and search with alexa's help. Would recommend to anyome.
Blue tooth head set is a breeze to connect. Just go to home page and click in box for settings then arrow down to controllers & bluetooth. Once you’ve paired your headset it automatically connects the next time. The only thing we find a bit frustr... Read More
Cons
The tv only works when you have wifi, which is absurd. Geek squad protection plan refuse to fire claim and even told me to cancel the plan, knowing the tv is defective.
It's very frustrating because it comes on in the middle of the night. We have to unplug it every night so that it doesn't come on. Which is extremely frustrating considering he’s 2 and very impatient.
Always drops the connection and gets stuck in loading screen. Constantly restarting when opening apps in a kid’s profile. The menu system is horrible, and the apps do not update on any kind of a regular basis.
It takes keystroke after keystroke to get to the hdmi channel. Picture is one channel and the audio is another channel.
Highlights
Quality
The picture quality is excellent at 1080p and the sound quality is great for the bedroom.
Just finished setting up these tvs for our kids and i was pleasantly surprised at the quality.
I was really looking forward to being able to use a smart tv as a monitor but picture quality when connected to the pc, was just awful.
It has beautiful picture quality playing content from the smart tv but not as a monitor for computers.
Price
Most tvs of this size are only 720p but this one is full hd at 1080p and is definitely worth the price.
Shipping
It was not as fast as my omni set.
Competitiveness
It uses a firestick which shows everything on prime as well as being able to watch over the air tv.
I am using firetv recast to watch and record over the air tv.
