Pros

The picture quality is unbelievable! Pictures are sharp and fire tv os is excellent. The tv has a great image quality and looks really nice, sleek, and thin. Still looks great with 1080p source.

The upscaling engine is not as good but the results for native 4k and ota digital broadcasts are still fantastic.

Room size, room color, how far you are from the tv and how much light the room gets all play factors into properly calibrating any tv. It's a great tv if you're on a tight budget or need one for a spare room.

For the most part, it works flawless. Occasionally i have to manually switch over to hdmi 1 when it powers on. There is some instructions out there on how to calibrate this tv. Here are my personal calibration settings.

Cons

Insignia is a best buy owned brand, their tv was defective and is consistently defective. When switching to hdmi input the screen goes blank and you don’t get a picture until you switch back and forth several times.

It is useless in its current state. But this means downloading potential harmful software to your tv.

As stated before, this is a very surprising tv for the money and is worth it, especially on sale for just under $400.

Yes you can get it professionally calibrated, for like additional $200 bucks or so.

Not a samsung but great tv for the price.

Delivery took a little longer than expected.
