Pros

Super awesome product with smart features built in. Takes a while to find apps. It's nothing super but it is still really good.

The picture quality is really 4k and crystal clear for the price. The picture is good, the response is fine for my use (not games) and as a tv (very rare i watch tv) it does pretty well.

The price is unbeatable for what you get. Not familiar with the brand but the price point so good you can't get hurt. The 43” is perfect for work out area that i purchased it for.

Cons

When you mute the tv the mute button stays on the tv forever until unmuted. There is no dedicated reset button. The sound still plays in the background but there's no picture.

The alexa integration is horrible. Answering a call or text is a major hassle.

A great tv for the price, i was so surprised and with the alexa built in makes it so much better

Super easy set up and wonderful picture quality.

Picture quality is dark and blurry kind of.

However i got this tv for free when it was on sale by using my amazon gift card given with the approval of their credit card.

Price

Picture is great, price was good, the sound is awesome.

Because the price was so reasonable, i didn't know if i was going to actually get a decent tv.
