Pros

The only thing i dislike is that the tv automatically shuts off when you pause a movie after only 15 minutes. I bought a modern hdmi cable (they aren't all the same) and it works like a dream. If your looking for a low price tv that does what it needs... Read More

This also has a great quality of screen, nice clear, crisp images. The 55 and 65 are uncanny valley sharp.

Cons

The sound is 40-50% worse than any other tv i’ve ever owner. This was lightly used too (only a bedroom tv). Steer clear of these tvs. Not specific to this brand, just a general statement about new tv's.

Buyer beware. V to dismount and repackage. Exchanging this product has no been easy at all.

Told me to unplug tv and hold the power button for 60 seconds. When you mute the tv the mute button stays on the tv forever until unmuted. What's the point of a power button if any 'ol button will do?
