Pros & Cons
Pros
It fits perfectly in my purse.
Kindle fire is better for my eyes and way more portable than an ipad. Only downside is that it needs wi-fi to download books and files. If you know someone who loves to read, to me, this is a wonderful gift!
Airplane mode is key to prolonging battery life. Easy to access by swiping down from the top of the screen. Allows me to read all day without draining the battery life on my phone.
Storage is great. It's wonderfully light. The bluetooth works well, but is kinda a pain to turn up or down. And the app is great!
The print is great, the screen can be brightened for reading in dark rooms. The e ink is sharper, more defined and now i feel i was reading blurry before lol. Font is crisp and big.
Cons
First, the touchscreen is idiotic. Second, it's stunningly bad for audiobooks. Infrequent reading lasts about two weeks. Scrolling is almost painful, it lags so much.
