Pros

Battery life is exceptional and my only gripe is sometimes it takes the kindle store to load. The battery last so long! It is so easy to use. The performance is awesome.

The size is great and it's so lightweight. It's compact, easy to use, the screen has a great display.

Cons

Amazon’s troubleshooting wipe screen, restart (did not work), factory reset. The scrolling is almost painful, it lags so much. Amazon makes it really hard to get the old battery out.
