Hi i’ve had this e reader since december but it has stopped working and i even got a case and screen protector for it and it has been kept very safely if this is how it is please inform me thanks

The touchscreen is okay not always the most responsive especially when youre trying to find a book to read from your library but then sometimes its a bit to sensitive to touch and you can easily go forward or back a page without wanting to but this is just user error its one of those times where having a spot top right left corner to turn the page would be helpful option but then this wouldnt be as convenient so just careful where you touch the screen

I sat on my previous kindle and smashed the screen so when i purchased this one i automatically assumed it would be the same size
