A round of applause to the ring team for designing such a good system. This system is a bargain! Very pleasing to the eye.

Easy to talk through, app is quick to load the live screen. The app gives you step by step instructions on how to set up and link every bit of kit.

The keypad is useless. I was scoffed at for my response and was treated as a fool. Now i have an unusable device and a horrifically bad impression of a company that should be providing me with security.

Followed the instructions for a reset but still no motion detection. Motion sensor has lots of dead spots, even on the highest setting. The motion detector goes off in a closed room.

Easy to install and use, but has a serious design flaw. No screws or raw plugs.

The ring security base goes offline every few days and doesn't reconnect. The base station is offline so it doesn't really care how correctly you tapped in the code.
