We also have a ring door bell but this does not connect to the alarm system or slightly frustratingly use the wifi extender that is part of the system

On the cheapest monthly plan you can use all the alarm functions however in our case we can’t view history of the indoor camera as we already have two camera and if the alarm goes off it doesn’t alert emergency contacts

However this is less of an issue if all emergency contacts have access on the app as they will be notified anyway
