Set up via the app is really easy - pretty much exactly the same process as the ring doorbell. Works as described as took 2 mins to hook up to wi-fi. My only downfall is that it does disconnect from time to time.

The wifi extender is really poor and sometimes works poorly. The aerial/wifi on the door bell is very bad - worst on the market.

Trying to figure out how to get a refund via ring. Given up. Very frustrating and have arranged a return.

It keeps going offline after i set it all up saying it’s needs unplugging again. Works with wi-fi perfectly and then can't get a signal. Will not accept wi-fi password even though it hasn't been changed.

Very disappointed ring and amazon. Customer service and support are none existent. Amazon say it'll be up to 4 months before i'll receive a replacement.

Not worth the hassle or the money. Firstly, £30. Components with poor performance for such a simple task. Shocking battery life is shocking, motion detection is even worse.
