Video is high quality, but it could use better zoom quality in my opinion. The only gripe is that image quality could be better at night.

The alarm system has serious issues. The backing plate attached to the electrical box is poorly designed.

The app/cameras are slow to respond, unreliable due to randomly disconnecting or at least the app says they are disconnected. Almost all the different versions of ring has bad quality video.

Ring product never stays on more than 5 minutes before it has to'reconnect' or 'view ended' the wifi router is less than 25 feet from the device. Even with a wifi signal booster, it never reconnects. My wyze floodlight seems to be far superior and at ... Read More
