Cons

The camera feels super cheap and lightweight where the cord will cause the camera to fall over. These cameras are unreliable and go offline randomly.

Third time i trid to chat with support and the ui is buggy as all *. Resetting it makes it work again temporarily but after a day or two it will stop working. Will not renew my subscription.

This 2nd gen model not connecting to wifi. Spent another 20 mins troubleshooting my network and nothing. I’m buying an unneeded wi-fi extender to troubleshoot, and if that doesn’t work, it’s getting returned.
