The quality is astounding in pitch darkness. The picture quality in daylight is very good and night vision is also good. The battery lasts a long time before charging is required.

Easy to install and set up. Took 5 minutes to attach and connect and link to the account.

This distorts the entire garden rendering this product useless. When the batteries are low the live view is disabled. The battery quality is rubbish it seems like every 14 days my mum has to recharge it.

It's not so much the camera, it's the whole shambles that is called ring. Rubbish. Very very poor. Absolutely disgraceful by ring.

It connects for a while, but will disconnect after about 5-10 minutes. It's frustrating having to reconnect all the while. It looks quite plastic and is not as compact compared to our other wired ring camera’s - it is bulky and sizeable.

There's no option to start recording on the echo show 5 either. That switches a screensaver on after 5 minutes so it's pretty useless to use to monitor deliveries. After 10 minutes the live view stops and you have to restart it.

There's no way of following up as it's a no reply address. There's not even a website to see the status of your warranty claim. They want to sell you a subscription that trickle bleeds you over time.
