Pros
Easy to install, allows instant viewing of who or what is at your door. An extra battery is handy if you have this doorbell. Fast video comes to the phone.
Cons
Problems with grainy nighttime video leads to tech support calls with ring. Would not connect or stay connected to wifi. Battery drains out when the temperature start to get cold.
Not a happy camper for all the hassle and deceptive sales practice by amazon. They deny it is refurbished. Returned it after four days.

Rather pricey, but it performs as advertised.

We got this in october and i have to admit setup and install were both pretty easy.
It was promptly addressed by very good customer service representative
