It's high quality, fits well and comfortable.
At first, i thought it was overpriced, but when i received it, i noticed the quality of the belt.
Since using these weights with the moderate exercise, i have lost another 15+ lbs.
Price
At first i thought the price was a bit steep, but the belt has proved to be worth every penny!
Packaging/appearance
The 1/4 pound weights are cylindrical and rounded on both ends to more easily slip in and out of the pockets.
You can remove the weights too to make it lighter.
Competitiveness
It is very good quality well made me i am using itgreat product
She is training for an upcoming body-building competition.
I wear it even with a weighted backpack that has a hipbelt that can fit over this weighted belt, does not restrict my mobility.

I bought then returned a weighted style vest but it was cumbersome and not very comfortable

If you have a smaller frame like me it can be difficult to get the strap through the rings and back onto the velcro
