Pros

These weights look bulky but they are great, very secure, good velcro staps. They're very comfortable and the velcro strap holds well. It is a bit bulky but that is probably required to accommodate the versatility of different weights.

Takes up half my arm, but still comfy enough to wear all day. Perfect for walking or getting on the treadmill.

I have no qualms about making another replacement purchase which is what this is. I have them set to 11.

These are by far my favorite wrist and ankle weights i have owned. Easy to *, easy to change weights in them.
